Terms and Conditions
- Users of non-SK magic brand Water Purifiers (WPU) are welcome to upgrade to SK magic Water Purifiers (WPU) an an affordable price.
- The product mush have an electrical-operated system and include a temperature system (ambient/hot/cold – at least one).
- The ownership of the non-SK magic brand’s water purifier (WPU) must belong to the customer, and there should be zero outstanding payments.
- The Magic Engineer will dismantle and remove the customer’s non-SK magic Water Purifier (WPU) and return it to Sk Magic for disposal.
- The non-Sk magic brand water purifier to be dismantale must match EXACTLY the product details as per sales key-in by the customer.
- Product installation and dismantling must be conducted within the same installation location.
- Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will results in proceeding with cancellation and refund and promoting other avaiable promotions.

Trade Up Old SK Magic Machine
- Applicable to all existing SK Magic product customers
- Applicable to the purchase of selected SK Magic products only (RICH+, HYPER, RIA, RIA S, ALL CLEAN, VIRUS FIT, SHINE+).
- Applicable within the same product category only (e.g., Existing Product WPU → Trade-Up WPU).
- Applicable to both Rental & Outright options.
- The order must be installed within 90 days after the old contract ends. Failure to do so will result in an auto cancellation and no waiver will be available. (applicable for contract types #1, #2, #3, and #4 from table 1)
- The order must be installed within 90 days from the key-in date. Failure to do so will result in an auto cancellation and no waiver will be available. (applicable for contract types #5, #6, #7, and #8 from table 1)
- The customer must make sure the old contract has no outstanding balance in order to purchase for early trade-up.
- The customer must make sure the old contract has no outstanding balance (after placing early trade up order) in order to install the order keyed in during early trade-up period. Auto cancellation will occur if the customer fails to clear the outstanding balance within the 90-day period after the old contract ends.
- Order key-in and payment must be completed in the same month. Failure to comply will result in a downgrade of the waive benefit.
- Any voluntary order cancellation, the advance payment made for the trade up will not be refunded after purchasing the early trade up promotion.
- Old product and new product must be installed at the same address, and old product must be returned in good condition.
